CHAIN LINK FENCING

Commercial chain link fence is the most commonly used in protecting buildings, parking lot, backstops or any where that should be protected from intruders. Compared with residential chain link fabric, commercial has heavier wire gauge and smaller size of mesh opening. The smaller the mesh opening, the heavier wire gauge, the more steel will be used, and the more strength.

Commercial chain link fence is available in diverse wire gauges, wire mesh openings and heights for special situations. Some times barbed wire or razor wire is needed for high security.

TREATED YELLOW PINE

Here at JM Fence we readily build fences in Madison, MS, Brandon, MS, and other cities surrounding Jackson, MS.

Treated pine is a very hardy and economical wood species to use on your fence install or repair. Treated yellow pine is a very strong and dense wood compared to other species. Pine is a popular choice for many homeowners in the South. Pressure treated pine that is regularly maintained can last for > 20 years. Applying a good stain will also help to maintain its appearance and delay rotting for years. We regularly use YellowWood treated pine with the " skeleton " of our fence.

These pine components will primarily be used for the railing and post, even on cedar picket fencing.

Pressure treated pine is a great choice when considering a wood species to build your fence.  Residential and commercial customers can not go wrong with using treated pine as their choice of wood. Pressure treated pine today, has little to no effect on the environment like the treated pine of years past. Remember , for a cost effective and durable fence, pine fencing is a great choice.

WESTERN RED CEDAR

Cedar has long been a popular choice as a fencing material. Cedar wood is extremely durable and holds up well to outdoor weather conditions. Because of its characteristics, cedar fencing will generally outlast fences made from softer, less durable wood, such as pine.

In addition to its inherent durability, the natural oils within the wood will help to deter insect damage and rotting.

Cedar does not need to be chemically treated, making it a good choice for families who prefer to use natural products. A properly installed cedar fence will look great for a long time.

Not only will it resist the effects of bad weather, but it will also maintain its straight and aligned appearance. Although many types of wood are prone to warping or shrinking over time, cedar tends to retain its shape and size beautifully.

JAPANESE CEDAR

One of the main advantages of Japanese cedar fencing is its durability. This wood is naturally resistant to insects and decay, making it ideal for outdoor use. Additionally, Japanese cedar is known for its straight grain, fine texture, and rich, reddish-brown color, which give it a distinct and elegant look. These features make it a popular choice for many homeowners and builders who value reliability and natural beauty.
